The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

This unit is a lovely piece of furniture as well as a practical source of supplemental heat. Due to the excellent design and construction, a middle-aged woman of average strength and manual skill was able to assemble this fireplace easily without help. It looks fantastic! The finish is a rich, medium dark oak that goes very well with my Mission-style furniture. The flame and spark effects are very nice, though for me the sound effects, if used at all, are best at a low setting. CSN Fireplaces had the most competitive price [...] I'm very happy with both the product and the company.

The TV stand is perfect for our home theater, and has speakers that actually fit on the built-in shelves.
The fireplace is so realistic you expect to get singed.
I would have rated this 4.5 stars if I could have figured out how to do that. The downgrade is because the "effects" ("crackling", "embers", etc) are not up to the flame itself but that may be a bit picky.
All in all, a terrific unit.

It now holds a 40 inch LCD TV and all the necessary equipment that goes with it.
The quality and looks of the unit is perfect for our home.
I haven't found any fault with it at all. On top of all this, the customer service people have been great to talk to. Of course the only contact I've had with them was to compliment them on this product.
