The cables were high quality, competitively priced, and delivered on time. I was a first time buyer from your site and somehow ordered return protection by mistake. This appeared to have been a default selection that excaped my attention. This should not be a default component of any order. It should require affimative action to order it, instead of affirmative action to remove it from a pre-filled selection.
