The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
The truck freight company will deliver the product to the threshold if this is a residential delivery (this means to your garage or front door), or to the loading dock if this is a commercial delivery. They will not offer any assembly services nor will they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

Nice design and hope it last after the rough shipment.
Service and delivery comments:
My biggest concern was shipping a Fridge. I phoned prior to ordering. Was assured that you would back the shipping. The fridge arrived damaged. The box has one of those alerts that if red it was a rough shipment. Mine was red and box was ripped open on one corner. I phoned you guys immediately and was told look at it and call us back.
One shelf was broken, screw sheared off, and one leg was damaged. I buffed the corner, fix the screw and did my best with the adjustable leg. CAll you guys to say, I'm concerned this fridge was badly damaged.
Hmm.. now you tell me that I NEED TO CALL DANBY AND HAVE THEM INSPECT THE FRIDGE. Why? what did I do wrong.
Danby sent a contractor out and he said everything seems ok. NO KIDDING! He took the broken shelf and that's the last I've heard of anyone.
I'm dissappointed and tired of phoning you guys to follow up. So the fridge is mine and I hope it works for a lot time.
I'm just not sure I trust
