This is not a solid wood construction peice but for the price Im not complaining. I put it together within 20 minutes, on a note, i flipped the back panel so the holes would be on top so it was much easier for me to wire the components but its a great product for the price

I read reviews that say that the product is hard to assemble. In my experience that was not the case. I would suggest taking the time upfront to lay out all the components and visualizing how they fit together while looking at the instructions. Then I would take the assembly one step at a time. it worked for me with no hick-ups.

Looks super with my black Mitsubishi 65" TV.
It just has room for the cable box, VCR and DVD player on one side and my component stereo on the other. But the wide edge strips to the doors block the remote to the unit at the top of the pile. Solid glass doors would be better.

Fit fine in my living room and is as advertised. Only flaw was a loose joint on one of the windowed doors, but it's still serviceable.

Nice stand. It is a heavy and needs two people to move it, that is understandable when you are dealing with something this size.
Being black it does pick up the dust pretty easily.
It was hard to set it up as only one person, there are a couple of steps that make it seem like one person can do it, but realize you are standing peice of wood in the air and could have caused problems. You might need some help putting it together on a couple of places.

This stand is the new home for my 52 inch lcd, DVR, DVD player. A/V receiver, bookshelf speakers, and UPS battery backup. I modified the doors by removing the glass and replacing with speaker grill cloth to hide the electronic components and speakers. It looks absolutely beautiful. This tv stand has a very solid feel, was very easy yet time consuming to assemble, and can be easily dressed up by performing the modification mentioned above and also buying a 1/16-1/4" glass to place on top.
