I was looking for a Fryer that wasn't too large. This Fry Daddy was just perfect. Deep enough for all the things I wanted to fry. Easy clean up and when cool replace the lid. Fits right in a corner next to the stove. I like the fact that the cord can be removed and stored. I am very pleased and would recommend this to anyone who wants or loves to fry good hometown cookin.
