Make certain you dry frozen foods, especially potatos, before frying to avoid "flare ups". Frying with the top on gives less crisp results. Also, try
a slightly lower temperature setting than you used with smaller fryers. If you enjoy fried foods this one fits the bill.

Works great in our small church diner. Cook two different orders at once. Good results. The only con so far was that we had a hot oil overflow due to too much moisture in some chicken wings & the fryer quit working. However, we like it well enough to buy another one!

This is hands down an awesome little fryer. I own a resturant and bought one when I was catering a big event. I had to fry over 300 eggrolls in 2 hours and this fryer held it's own. I now own 3 of these for when I had to do a even bigger event that had over 25,000 thousand people. I love this Fryer, and so will you.
