The office, factory and warehouse facilities, located in NJ, have been family owned and operated since 1984 and began with a customer base in the New York Metropolitan area. The Berg Showplace Facility at High Point, North Carolina led the way to distribution all across the United States in 1997. Today they meet customer needs with a wide variety of space saving products and materials, including wood and painted furniture. The Berg goal remains the same as it did in 1984 - to design and manufacture furniture with the greatest flexibility while offering the most moderately priced investment to their quality retailers and their customers.
This item will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. Please note:
- A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with carrying your order from the back of the truck to your home.
- Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
- You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
We offer 2 levels of service for this item: Bronze and Gold. Bronze is your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to Gold you may do so during checkout. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level is best for your needs.
White Glove Bronze (default)
- Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Gold.
- Assembly Service: None
- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
- Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
- Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Please Note: Delivery does not include removal of old appliances.

The design of the product is excellent. However, the materials used in construction were not acceptable. With the price point of the bed, I assumed the material would be real wood and not pressed board. Next time I order on line I will pay careful attention to the fine details. I was very disappointed that the bed was made from pressed board. I feel like the price I paid was too high.

I have a five year old who was sleeping in my bed every night until he recieved his new bunkbed. Now he loves his own room and I got my room back.
This bunkbed is very sturdy and well made. The delivery and set up of the item was done in a professional manner by an educated and clean gentleman. They even took all the packaging with them so there was no cleanup for me.
This bed is so worth the money. I don't have to worry about my child falling off the ladder because there isn't one. The stairs include nice size drawers on guides so they open and close very easily. All the corners on the wood is rounded and covered with a thin rubber which makes it safer than others and the top bunk railing is high enough that your child won't fall out of bed.
It was a small price to pay to get my bedroom back from my kids.
