- Delivery to: The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck. If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside.

- Most truck delivery companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you your tracking information, you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. This product is made of cardboard MDF material with a less than paper thin veneer of plastic wood grain simulation that can't take the slightest scratch. Carboard support pieces are visiblefrom sides and top. Hole for sideboards, which aren't even offered, are large and unfinished. [...] Product arrived with scratches and crushed corner. Set up not really available as promised, since needed connecting bolts not included

This headboard, along with the related night stand and dresser simply do not measure up to my expectations. The headboard is flimsey and the laminate chips easy and has rough edges. Once attached to a bed, the headboard feels like it could pull away and fall over at any moment. The dresser and night stand are both poorly assembled (loose) and the drawers and slides are as cheap as they can get. The drawers sit crooked, do not slide easily in or out, and often stick. I would not recommend this set to ANYONE.
