Hard to operate buttons.\n1. They're too far apart (and I have large hands)\n2. You have to push them pretty hard, almost as hard as I can with my pinky\n3. No grooves to guide your fingers into position in the dark like others have.\n\nMakes a loud beep that wakes up wife when I open it when I come to bed. The electronics compartment is welded shut I think so this is not easy to fix.\n\nI do like that the controls are on the same side as the opening, which was my main attraction to it.
