An industrial designer by trade, Karim Rashid’s perspective is as globally diverse as his client base. He considers himself a pluralist, with projects ranging from products, architecture, interiors, fashion, furniture, lighting and art installations. In 1993 Rashid opened his own practice in New York City and has since won many awards and is published internationally.
