have purchased 4 brewmasters love everything about it the problem is each one has leaked after a while trying to get the replacement pitcher was nil- jb weld worked for a while. i finally called for an address so i could return the unit just out of frustration. HB just happened to have a replacement and would send. me one for free. i had already purchased this purchase and was using it but i finally know they do have a replacement even though it is not available on their parts site.

I have severe arthritis, so this coffeemaker is perfect for me. I don't have to lift and carry a full pot of water to brew. I fill the base slowly and if there is any coffee leftover, I drain it from the front. The pot is empty when I take it to the sink for cleaning. Sweet! The unit is very easy to clean; it has a wide opening so the men can get their hands in there too. I like the ball bearing base...it makes all sides accessible and easy to use. Highly recommend...I love it !
