The product is poor quality, doesn't toast evenly and the worst part is that Cookware Essentials will not allow us to return it for a refund or exchange. I will never use this company again.

My husband uses this toaster almost every day. He absolutely loves the large slots for toasting sourdough bread. It toasts bread evenly and even has a defrost button. Great vaue for a great product.
